You could try contacting Binnington Copeland & Associates (http://www.bca.co.za/BCATraining.aspx). They are a firm I work with extensively and the run a two-day seminar on Delay, Disruption and Extensions of Time, and their website show a few courses coming up:
The Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors, [long name, because we are just chartered!!!] organises many of these type of courses and talks. Look at www.cices.org under Publications and Training.

Most of us would be out of work if FCIA was the only criterion!!
Detailed knowledge and experience is the most important one.

Dear Shahul,
After googling it:
What does FCIArb stand for?
Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
These are two different subjects; Delay analysis and Arbitration. It is not required. But it helps.
With best regards,
Samer
