If you have enough spare Activity Code characters left you could create an activity code for one of the clients Activity Ids and use a global change to copy the ID from one to the next and add or remove the “S”.

Your first problem is that P3 activity IDs are restricted to ten characters. However what you want to do can be done, using code fields. You can use the first ID in the Activity ID field, and the second in an Activity code field named ID2 for example. The problem here is that activity codes are also restricted to 10 characters. The second ID field could then be used as a column next to the Activity ID column. Which can be presented on a bar chart. This is a problem that P§ has in that it does not allaw for user defined fields (columns). Further you are limited on the total number of characters available, ie 64.
My advice is explain this to the clients and get them to agree to a single ID.

Have a look at the Activity Codes. Create codes for Pull Cables and Client. If you can have all your info as codes, the activity ID just becomes something P3 uses, you dont need to worry about it.

Just put one of the IDs (10 chars) in Log field 99, show it on the bars and you wouldnt even have to print seperate reports.

Essentially, Activity ID must be unique.
