I understand Primavera/Oracle no longer sells P3, it makes sense it was developed for older operating systems and they moved to an application designed to work on modern operating systems. I do not blame the operating system nor Primavera/Oracle but those who insist on using P3.
Thank you for the instructions. I already created those columns. But still, why can't I place a value on its cells? It seems that the cells are somewhat locked for data entry.
Have a blessed day!

Yes Gary, that is what I've expected also. But I cannot type in any data in the cells. Maybe I need to re-install the software.
Thanks Mike!

Mike is right that you cannot copy & paste info from, say, excel to the column.
But you should be able to just click on a cell and type in the data -I thought that was what you wanted to do?

Hi Leonardo
The columns show the data in the programme.
There is another route to add the data to the programme tasks - maybe from an excell import process.
You can't just copy paste data like you can in PowerProject.
Best regards

Before yoiu insert the columns, you have to create them first.
Go to data > custom data items and create your total qty, UOM and production rate data items.
The "Type" will be either N (numerical) or P (numerical with decimal point)
Length is max number of characters you will need to use
Once you've finished here, you should see these new data items as available columns to insert from the format > columns window.
Cheers,
