This is interesting!!.. i need 2 - 3 guys to do some P3 encoding for me.. building up resource library for example.. But how could i trust anyone? After they get money won't they just run away?, i will not have any leverage at all then... so whats the usual flow of this arrangement?

Is it that planning work can be done from home . i mean online?
