you can go tools-project utilities- export, then tab format-type, drop it & choose .DBF (dBASE), this will allow you export your data in excel.
Further, you can print your P3 schedule in pdf/adobe acrobat & there are many utilities available on net, as Pinan advised, can be downloaded from rapidshare, converting pdf to excal as it is.
Try this, if this doenst work, let me know. We will find some other solution.

the only way (maybe) is to use macro to rearrange the exported datas
or
pdf convert to excel (but still unsure)
note:
if you want to work with p3, stay with p3
dont complicate yourself about transfering all formats in excel
