We have just developed an add on that does Find and Replace like Word/Excel. If you would like a copy to try out please email me at andrew.willard@astadev.com.
I havent been able to locate it either, however, you can fairly quickly highlight an entire column (or columns), copy to Excel, do the find/replace there and then copy back to APP. This only takes 1/2 min. longer than if the feature had been available in APP.
