select data from menu option and choose custom data items and under activity option type it as RESO ,type character and choose length of it and description same for BQ1 type precision

then goto global change set the condition to select the particular resource you required



If RES EQ LABOUR

Then RESO EQ RES



this would display resource name, you could select from column option under name RESO



thn set the following condition for BQ1 to display quantities



If RES EQ LABOUR

Then BQ1 EQ BQ
