Ken This is almost always down to restricted access to the \Project \Template folders in the install folder. Change these to Full Control and you should be OK. The one advantag eof the Template route (rather than Mikes Copy/Paste) is that it sets "Week 1" on the Date Zone in all Views of the project. Just saves you a little hassle at set-up time. Hi Ken I create a standard bar chart for a particular type of project with set up calendars - resources - work patterns etc. When a new programme is required I just copy the chart and save as required.
