I love the Guest sign-in routines! I forgot to log on, asked to post a message, was seamlessly taken to the logon screen and from there right back to the point where I was ready to respond to the original message. It doesn’t get any smoother than this! Good work.
Does anyone think it a good idea if we add an option to allow the Private Messenger function to pass on the email address of the sender to the message recipient?
Or should we keep communications as they are?
I know that it is still upto each of us if we wish to disclose out email addresses.
Glad you like it. We have just modified the script so that the email envelope will not appear against the Guest account. Thanks for the tip.
We have removed the ability to post using the Forum Guest account to see what reaction we get. As a result, we will add a feature to the message posting function to allow a member to post a message anonymously (in order to keep a check on this, moderators will know who made the post)
