Can you try Gary’s suggestion again but making sure that after you setup your desired printer as the default printer you restart P3.



At times it does not work if you do not restart P3 or SureTrak so the software recognizes your change in default printer. This I must do frequently specially in SureTrak when printing report series into my Adobe PDF printer.



The software got the tendency to go back to your system default printer and cannot recognize your changes unless you restart your application, maybe because these applications were developed under prior operating systems.

That’s great, thanks Bhedase and Gary. From the morning to afternoon i could not print by trying with many ways, i’m helpless indeed.

I hope that anyone meet with difficulties like my case can read this 2pic.

If I go to File--> Print, it gives me that error.



But, if I click on the printer icon, it works fine.

You could try setting your A1 printer as default printer, and printing without using the print preview function.

-This has helped me with printing problems before, but i think only with pdf printing, so I’m not sure it will help you.



Other than that, I can’t think of anything.

Thanks mod with fast reply.

I try to print one file from Autocad with A1 size on that printer and it’s ok,but when i open my file in P3 and print it,problems happen.so what problems comes from?

It sounds like you may have the wrong print driver installed.



Try printing an A1 document from another application (eg word). This will tell you for sure if it’s P3 or the printer that is causing you problems.
