The cards are not yet down on the table.



This could be one reason why there is no official announcement on Burj Dubai opening.



Whatever "offcial" are definitely hearsay, "Insha Allah" or GOD willing.

This is really a good issue to track.



As a background, the tender was done sometimes in 2003 or 2004,



Tender award sometimes in late 2004.



As you are aware the price in 2003 or 2004 is different as the work progress from 2004 to 2009.



Maybe the JV just wanted to recover what was lost.
