AUTO COST RULE IN P3

If you are not aware from the detailed calculation steps of P3. Use the default options of Autocost rules (maybe everything). Autocost rules could change all of the calculations in P3. You can hold your right ear with your left foooot!!! Be aware.



The Primaver F1 help files are so explainatory. Check them. If you have a idea of how you want to track your project and you do not know how to arrange the options. Ask it specifically.

most of the options are for updating the project, a few are for scheduling

look at the help scree, it will explain much better than I can

Thanks for the Reply.So you are telling this will be applicable only while updating the program for the actuals against plan.I meant that this is just a customization option to be done as per our wish to update. Am i right.....

basically Auto Cost Rules are to let you customize the way P3 will calculate the actual workload and costs of the resources assigned to your project’s activities

you will refer to online hlep (click on the Help button in the dialog box) for complete and comprehensive explanations.
