The simplest way to check is, go to Excel application and open print setup and check the "collate" option, then close it, and open primavera application to print a schedule for 2 sets, from the print menu, select 2 pages(from 1 to 2) only for trial printout. You will get 2 separate sets of first two sheets, try it.
The otherway is open your print setup in Primvera application and look for collation is checked or not from the copy count area?. you must click this option to collate the sets, so that you will get separate sets as you required.

Rajesh,
It is printer driver problem, follow Dayas suggestion. If you cannot find that function, download a latest one.
Most printer manufacturer provide at least 2 drivers for same product: Standard, postscript and PCL one.
