I understand there is a security option in Excel 2007 that allows "Legacy" formats to be opened, may be some else can help here as I am moving to "Open Office" which is free!

the problem is excel in windows 2007 does not support saving file as dbs.

I suggest you to use Activity.xls & Project.xls. They are quite user friendly & self explanatory. You can find it in P3 cd.
