Hi Mark

I forgot to mention - please do not use captial letters in your contributions - it sounds as if you are shouting.

Best regards

Dear mark,

I agree with Mike, you need to check each clause in your Contract. From the time you were handed over the site and all the information provided by the Client.

Plenty or issues:

Site, permits, safety and security, cash flow, Free Issue Material, instructions of Engineer, Extras, scope change, unforeseen physical conditions.

Best Regards,

Hi Mark

Just because a contract is design and build does not preclude the usual EOT methods.

The source of the delay events may be limited to exclude late design information.

Late client changes or unforeseen circumstances may still be relevant.

Check the Contract to see what delay events are relevant to an EOT and focus on those.

Best regards
