CDR is required for PR visa application and i believe praju must hav asked for the same. Mostly, ur immigration consultant provides the format and if u r applying directly (w/o consultant/agent), then i hav format wit me for CDR. can mail me at ravirajab@yahoo.co.in
u just cant copy the contents of the CDR, as it is always advisable to provide true information during such process and vary from individual to indiviual

I have to admit that this is a new requirement. It seems that it is written in a process somewhere. I would recommend that your expand your search by knowing exactly what your employers is asking for (i.e, a CV).
The way you organize it, would be to focus on your skills that match the requirements of their current projects.
