Resource Loading in P3

Yeah it is actaully installed by the company in the same format. But dont know Y this error message is displaying.

Do U have any alternate solution for it...?

Did you install the P3 3.1 Service Pack "P331SrvPk3.exe"? Try to install this. or you can download here:

When i am running the program finally the error messeage i am getting as unexpected file format showing..?

In TOOLS --> TABULAR REPORTS --> LOADING, under the Format Tab try to check your "Column Width" if it is 5 change it to the maximum of 15 & RUN.
