Did you install the P3 3.1 Service Pack "P331SrvPk3.exe"? Try to install this. or you can download here:

Hi Mohammed,
In TOOLS --> TABULAR REPORTS --> LOADING, under the Format Tab try to check your "Column Width" if it is 5 change it to the maximum of 15 & RUN.
