Alphons - You are correct CutePDF works without fail on my personal laptop but we have Adobe on our network at work - I will have to remove and put on Cute instead.

Thanks for your swift reply - I spoke to you a couple of months ago before I departed Australia about purchasing books. I have established Tracey Brunstrom & Hammond in Singapore the Gulf. We have gone into partnership with Confluence (formerly Australian Pacific Projects Internation - APPI). Please see attached.
I suggest you never put a logo in P3 or SureTrak or Microsoft Project headers of footers as they always cause issues. Adobe is well known for clashing with P3.
Several possible solutions
1. You have not loaded the latest Service Pack SP3. Available from my web site under Project Management software
2. Your path to the schedule is too long of is not 8.3 compliant. You could map a network drive to the P3 file location. All directories should have less than 8 characters without spaces.
3. You may need to map a new printer port with a short path say C:\P3\P3OUT. Do this in the Printer Properties form.
4. Use a different pdf writer.

Normally one just saves it anywhere on the C drive and execute it. Never seen your problem before!

Paul,
I tried to install P3 Service Pack, and only received the following error message:
"File C:\Windows\temp\pft~50\Setup.exe (or one component) not found"
Where do I have to copy the P331SrvPk3.exe to install it?
Thanks for your help

Bitmaps always cause problem with primavera headers / footers. I find that bitmap appears only on alternate pages of printouts.
However, if you convert .bmp or .jpg to .pmt format, the logos appear fine and even work well with Adobe.
