Activity Codes

yes kannan is right. best solution is wbs as told previously.

If you unmark the "Display unassigned and Un categorized activities" then the activities satisfying all the activity codes only will be displayed.



Sections with blank activity codes will not appear. So its not a solution, I think so.



Anybody having more idea?

There is an easy solution

choose Format>Organize>then UNmark the "display unassigned and uncategorized activities"

and then press "organize now"

for me, "activity codes" is better, you can assign whatever codes you want, blank bands doesn’t matter, and most of all it will give you more flexibility when it comes to filters. (You can ask Atef or Gebril, if you still don’t believe in me, ha ha ha)

You cannot hide the blank bands instead you need to assign the phases. You can use also WBS.
