I personally feel that you have to get used to the screen. being a P3 user for donkey years, it not easy to do the switch. however, P6 have more function and capability than expected..The rest of the function, sldt be a problem for P3 user..

first yous should launch from project management module, but dont panic, you will find a different interface, P6 is not the new version of P3, it is absolutely a different software.
i think you should ask your company for a training for p6.

As a newcomer forget about MM. Start a new project directly from PM module.
