Activity Step in P5

File>>Export>>



Select Export format >> Excel, click next



Select Export type >> Activities, click next



Select Project which to export, Click next



Select Excel template >> Modify, Select Activity Steps >> ok, Slect file to export.



Same file can be imported after changes.
