assuming that your projects planning unit is Day:
a) create a new calendar in which you will have one working day less than the regular calendar (i.e. Sat - Tue instead of Sat - Wen if your regular week is 5 days from Saturday)
b) assign this new calendar to activities that will occur during the month of ramadhan
I have used this procedure to schedule projects in Algeria, result is that an 5 day activity will span from saturday morning to next saturday evening
