Our volunteers give a few minutes or a few hours of their time each week - as and when they have the time to spare.



The volunteers usually email each other and move a task forward and agree between them selves what needs to be done.



Does this explain things?

Hi PPers,



On the main server we have a rates table with around 10,000 individual rates - which have been provided by some of the members over the past 20 months.



It can be available to everyone as soon as we can get them organised via the use of some form of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) or something along the lines of MasterFormat etc.



We need some good planners who are willing to spend a little of their time to help us work out the best way of organising them.



The new scripts are almost complete which will show and manage these new rates. They will be organised by a Location Breakdown Structure (LBS) so that we can see the how the rates vary between countries etc.



If any of the PPers in the member pool wish to become Planning Planet Volunteers to help out we would be very pleased to hear from you.
