update each activity you want with the proper dicipline . you will use to code the activities by means or project area and then filter them up on your new codes. go to data>activity ID> and see what diciplines you have. then arrange to see the levels set to your project and then filter or organize up on that criteria.
i hope i was useful ... but as far as i know that is the way to do it.

Save it as WK1 files.
Wk1 files can be opened in Excel 2003.

Excel 2007 doesnt support WK1 extension. U need to use Excel 2003 for import / export.

Now I know
You are using P5 but the main thread is P3.
Oooppppss????
My idea refer to P3 and exporting to excel 2003.
Previously, the path I used was outside P3OUT and it did not worked.
so to make it safe and avoid unnecesary waste of time, I used the path to P3OUT for export and import

Gaya,
The steps are found in P3 Manuals.
I think you got stuck in the path.
Your path should be limited only to P3OUT

Go to Tools --> Project Utilities --> Export
In the window there will be three tabs, Content, Format and selection.
In selection,
type in the activity decription for selection,
Give path name for the file location in Format
And Content list in CONTENT tab.
Open this excel file and then edit whatever u want and save it.
Go back to P3 and then go to Tools --> P.... U....--> Import and then just give the excel file location and say RUN.
Remember, this doesnt work in Excel 2007.
