Hi Jamie,



Go to Tools --> Graphic report --> Resource & Cost



Go to CONTENT tab and tick the TARGET1 box



U must have set target before doing this.



Select the resource / cost item, whatvere u want and say RUN.



It shud work for u

Hi Jamie,



Try exporting the data out of P3 via an Excel spreadsheet format, first for Target then for the current plan.



Then combine your data and produce your Target / Current chart on a user friendly graph.

make sure your Target Plan is resource loaded; update it that it has progressed perfectly as planned; and make your histogram
