I have and have applied to several jobs. I was wondering if anyone could give me advice on working overseas and how long things take to process. Also not being part of the EU how difficult is it for an American to work in Europe or any other country? Sorry for the confusion.

Rick,
A site you may find useful is hosted by the British Home Office called Working in the UK. his may give you some of the information you want.
