Yes agree with Johny, Probably there is need of reviewing the logics. You might have set the finish date on Feb 08 but your network would result 09.find what caused them.

P3 is displaying the calculated Early Finish of the project if you select to display dates in the footer. May be your finish milestone is set to Feb 08 but the Project is ending in 09 ! as per your network..
You have to make a filter displaying all activities having early dates GT your expected finish date and find out why these activities are delayed up to 2009!

you might be having floats after early finish date of July. You need to eliminate the float first. To have this, Try having mandatory constriant at finish date.

I think this is the output of the project you’ve planned and if it is in contrast with the one you’ve targeted, you have to review the durations & types of the relations (links) of the activities defined and reschedule your project.
