Always export to .DBF, .WKS does act funny with larger plans and I think has a restriction on total number of activities.
If you are exporting to manipulate the data and re-import, take care to check your data properly as some flavours of excel dont handle .DBF files too well and will sometimes snip data (and I think perhaps the newest versions dont support .DBF at all...?). Back up the "clean" plan before committing to the import aswell.

Hi Hesham haridi,
Export to .DBF format only. Then you save to .xls and format the cells. .WKS is limited to around 2000 activities only.

Hello Hesham,
WKS supports only 2048 activities so u have to do the export import in two or more times or do it by selecting .dbf in export and import.

Are you exporting to .WKS or .DBF?
