I am aware of two different ways to retrieve P3 WBS structure in MSP: a. Use the "Utils P3" MS Excel files available on Primavera web site, b. create a customized wbs code in MSP Project, WBS Code, Define, and use your P3 WBS structure as a template. Jaya,
WBS code is entirely different in P3 and MSP:
in P3, you create a WBS structure, and apply the structure to all the activities which belong to a particular branch;
in MSP, each and every is using its own wbs code.
I am aware of two different ways to retrieve P3 WBS structure in MSP:
a. Use the "Utils P3" MS Excel files available on Primavera web site,
b. create a customized wbs code in MSP Project, WBS Code, Define, and use your P3 WBS structure as a template.
Good luck,
Alexandre
