If u see d last line, it means there is no racial discrimination in the society as such, yaa but as far as salaries are concerned, difference is too high and vary greatly from country u belong.
It really doesnt matter, how hard u work or u have all the technical skills, u may b paid better than ur nationals but still the gap will be huge to cover up ur own rights.
and the funny thing is THERE IS DISCRIMINATION IN THE SALARY, but not in the living cost. :-(
Cheers,
Raviraj

Also, depends what kind of experience u r having...
5 years in primavera is too good with at least 2 projects completed..
Package is worth to be asked for!!
It also depends from which country u r belonging... (No Racial Discrimination, but its a fact in Dubai. Salaries depends upon country from which u belong)

In all the cases ,the personality will be the leader .
wehave to insist and work hardly to get our full rights.

my the nationality will effect on the expected salaries but for profissional and experianced pepoles i believe it will have no major bad effects.
You have to insist to get your full rights.

hi guys,
anyway it depends on the organisaion or sector in which you are working,
like if you work for client or consultants you get higher slary.
even in the construction sector it varies between building and infrastructures.
but as per current scenario for 5+ experience with PG qualification as ravi said (preferably from NICMAR) you can get 15000 easily.
cheers,

A lot depends on whats ur basic qualification. Will get better salaries, if u have done PG (Preferably from NICMAR - Valued very much in UAE)
As jaya said, if exp is 9 years, then definitely he can have a minimum of 22/24 thsnd dhms.
For 5 years, defin, around with four years out of India exp., u can have 15000 Dhms salary (In Abu Dhabi/Sharjah/Dubai/Ajman)
