I agree with you 100%! Hopefully something will be done about recruitment consultants fairly shortly, unfortunately though, its unlikely to be an open season or anything fun like that.

You could start with recruitment consultants - if we wanted a move wed contact you. (thats the point of the job page.)
And people who own their own PM consultants - if we have a problem, we want a workable answer, not a URL to your latest product or service.
