Did you solve the problem? I am also facing the same problem. Can you help? I need to get to the screen whereby I am prompted for the registration key. Only then I can import and export from P3e. My client do not have P3e.

I got the reply folks.. Its a network based P3 and not stand alone which was causing the problem..:-)
