I don’t know of any web site which lists all Project Management Symposiums and Congresses, but some of the major ones are run by them as IPMA Events.
If there is a website that lists all major Project Management events, then it’s possible that the IPMA will know its URL use the next link to contact IPMA

The PMKB site also has an event calendar where members can post notices for project management related seminars, congresses, symposiums, etc.
