You are using a standalone version of P3 and storing your file into network therefore the usersname for any P3 standalone is as default when it was installed and can be use to open any projects. Userfil.P3 is automatically generated when it is not present on any computer with P3 program. It acts like when you copied the programme to any other computer with out copying the userfil.p3 or back-up your files and open to any P3 program. The only way to prevent from opening your programme from another computer is to set a security access on your network folder where you stored your programme.

thats a shame no other security options are available... but thats a standalone licence, thats true.
Ill try to assign security rights by windows user name.
