I don’t see any advantage of removing and updating all the activities/ task which was previously updated. The important here is the logic behind wether it change or maintain due to additional information. The only difference it may occurs is the original baseline against your new added information which is not carry over after adding new information. It means that the new information is not reflected on your original baseline.
