Converting project planning units

when you copy a project A with planning unit = days to a project B with planing unit = hours, P3 does not calculate the activities original duration from day to hours

you should use Global Change to divide activities OD by 8, and P3 will take care of all the rest of it

you could try copying the project, if you go tools,project utilities,copy.



you should be able to select a planning unit when you are selecting the copy To options. i.e hours, days, weeks, months
