You have hit on one of Primavera’s most glaring weaknesses; that of reporting on relationships. Be it SureTrack, P3, or P5 you cannot perform this simple task from within the software. But there is hope.
You need to export all relationships to a .wk1 (spreadsheet) file or a database file. You can do this via Tools / Project Utilities / Export and then click on the “export relationships” checkbox. Then open the spreadsheet in Excel and sort the entire thing using the lag column. Good luck!
