Alex is 100% right you must have the latest patch, it is up to Version 3.0c now but Version 3.0b is esential for any hope of reasonable printing. Select Help, About SureTrak to find the patch number



If you have a long path to the SureTrak files this still causes problems therefore mapping a network drive to give a shorted path also helps with printing.



Like MSP it is well worth leaving out a logo in the header and foooter.



If you are still having issues with printing to Adobe then the solution ID 2001122118299 on the Primavera Knowledgebase has some suggestions on how to tweak Adobe,

Have you install all the Patch file yet. There are few known printer problem with P3 and suretrak where the Patch fixed most of the error



Install the patch and try again if you have not install the Patch File yet
