In P3e, it does drive a lot of resources especially if you use Oracle or SQL server to drive P3e. As a result, the number of importing or exporting is very dependent in the Memory. Both virtual and Physical Memory. My suggestion is you must at least have 2 G memory (RAM) to operate P3e
Ideal case is 4G

Thanks for your help I think the problem is RAM. I have managed to import 5000 activities at a time no problem.

The maximum I did had 15.000 activities.
I think there is no restriction.
