Its an alternative name, because its now also defined as a "role" within the solutions, especially Engineering and Construction. It has been further integrated, one can see browser-based "dashboard" views that can be a mix of info from both databases.
It is also a part of the Project Controls Manager role, which was introduced at the time of the release of Version 5.0. (The latter role get all the possible software except for timesheets. Effectively a combo of Planner/Scheduler, Contract Manager/Expedition, and Engineer (the full browser-based myPrimavera), at a price that is significantly lower than even the first two of those three.) We shall see further integration over the next couple of versions.
