Hi Trevor,



To clear variances (per activity):



1. check that your remaining duration (RD) is not equal to 0

2. if RD is 0, reset your progress PCT % to 0 (note previous figure)

3. increase your original duration (OD) and enter orig PCT %

4. repeat items 1 & 2 until RD is at least 1

5. click Res (Resources) Tab

6. edit the figure "At Completion" and make it equal to "Budgetted Quantity"

7. Click OK.
