Adding New Activities to the Project

Hi Ali,
i think u can add activities without affecting a project as long as u r away from its critical and long path activities. also the added activities' durations are less than total float (before adding) of the predeccessor / successor ones. keep in mind that (in most cases) some of the current existing activities will be changed.
