Hi,

Like I said all these details should be in the Terms & conditions.

However as far as I know, If monthly paid your leave should be full paid. Find out prior to signing and read the T&C properly especially, termination of contract, 3 month trial period, What kind of accommodation is provided.

Understand your contract so you will not be dissapointed afterwards.

Good luck.

Hi Guys,

That’s really good advice Joel, the only thing that I would add is if you’re not sure of anything ask for more information. If the company isn’t trying to conceal anything, they will be happy to supply you with any information you need.

As for the first time working abroad, I know how you feel, you’re bound to be a bit nervous, I know I was. But remember, the work will be similar to what you are doing now and the company offering you the job are confident that you can do it.

Once you have everything clear in your mind, it’s just as Joel said, if the package is a big improvement on what you’re getting now, and the work will increase your experience, then go for it.

Regards

If you think it is a big inprovement on your current salary then take it, but find out about leave cycle, Paid flights,Living out allowance, accommodation provided. What is the normal working time and what is overtime. All this should be on the terms and conditions which must be issued to you prior to contract acceptance. There are crafty employers that will do anything to save a few bucks. So be carefull.

Good luck.
