Hi, I’m experienced P3 user but currently using MSP.
I have a question about progress line.
I have a task that has not started yet. Its baseline start date (I had already saved the baseline) is June 10th, 2006. After rescheduling (The project status date is June 14th, 2004), its forecast start date becomes June 24th, 2006
In my opinion (as P3 user), the task is only delayed for 4 days. But, when I displayed the progress line in relation to baseline line, why it told me that the task is delayed for more than 2 months?
How could this situation occur??
Please advise

What you need to do is once you tick the command, go back to Gantt Chart/Tracking Gantt and change the percentage to 0%. After that re-type the progress percentage. Now you can see the progress line shows progress ahead of the schedule.
Actually the command is funtioning. You just need to do some test run.
Regards.

I’d already checked the "Display Progress Line in relation to Baseline Plan" BEFORE i asked the question.
Please go to the link below to see the print screen image for more explanation.

Thanks for your swift reply, it is working now, indeed I forgot to reset the % complete and fill it out again.
I think MSP is still a Mickey Mouse program
