The spreadsheets in the Samples\Excel directory both read and write data from P3 to excel. There are Access examples as well, BUT they work only with early version of Access.

You should use the RA facility to batch import/export the coding structures under the "data" pull down. Copy the Entire RA directory from the Primavera installation CD, and check out the "project.xls" spreadsheet in the "Excel\samples" sub-directory within it.

You return to the first page of the spreadsheet and chose the "set" button opposite the "get" button you used to read the data

Hello David,
Thx a lot for the advice. I had one more query poping up which is How do i import back the same back to P3 after working on Ra.
Also there are oyher things like Access,VB,SBL etc, how can i use these stuff.
