If you running in a server environment, this would happened. The reason that it cannot lock a serial no because you may have a session still active. Try to kill that session and install ODBC driver again

After uninstalling both programs using the Windows Control Panel, you need to reboot your computer. It is not sufficient to just delete some of the files. If you did not use the Windows Control Panel to remove the program, then do so. Good luck!

I havent had this problem before when i using informaker/MS Access to make report.
Im not sure if using ODBC to access P3 need a serial number,i think only P3 batch or RA require it.
May be there are some other problems,youd better call P3.
The last choice is to format you hard disk and then reinstall everything.
