3) If I compare with a tabular report for the overall project I get a different profile of usage: this cannot happen if your datas and dates are accurately put.
The predefined RL-03 is not always accurate and may be manipulated by other users, therefore, it needs to be checked case by case in a logical manner in order to have exact results...

What is the connection of "Column Width" to the correctness of the Values being displayed? Is this a bug in P3?

Found the solution
problem was column width setting. Appears to default to 5. Increased to 15 and all reports match.

1) Divisor set to 1
2) Problem remains with truncation on and off
3) "Cannot" should be replaced with "SHOULD NOT"
I have tested the reports many time with differing options and continually get differing incorrect results.
