As Jose suggested, we can ZIP the whole folder, which contain both P3 and logo file, to other for them to retrieve. They can view the same if they extract the folder and files same as the original design, otherwise, they need to modify the path in layout.

We use a tool called Primo pdf, which is available free from www.primopdf.com its set up as just another printer icon, so instead of printing out at your local Plotter, it gives you a nice pdf file instead.
1. make a PDF file and he will see exactly what you printed.
2. Send him a Zip file with all directories/files you have for your project. When restoring he can have the unzip to create automaticaly the same directories.

Kumar,
You can create a back-up file and select compress files. (Tools/Project/Utilities/Backup).
A *.prx file will be created and you can send this to your client. The files can be accessed using Tools/Project/Utilities/Restore in P3.

Except PDF, there is no secure method.
As Jose suggested, we can ZIP the whole folder, which contain both P3 and logo file, to other for them to retrieve. They can view the same if they extract the folder and files same as the original design, otherwise, they need to modify the path in layout.

Mr Kumar,
We use a tool called Primo pdf, which is available free from www.primopdf.com its set up as just another printer icon, so instead of printing out at your local Plotter, it gives you a nice pdf file instead.
It works seamlessly with P3 :o)
Hope this meets your needs,

Hello Mr. Kumar
Several options:
1. make a PDF file and he will see exactly what you printed.
2. Send him a Zip file with all directories/files you have for your project. When restoring he can have the unzip to create automaticaly the same directories.
Best regards
