I did a lot, i think there is no solution to this problem. You can only copy paste your activities in new project. Or you should contact the primavera dealers.

this is the problem...the early bar data could not be save in the bar box after i close and reopen again. Even i use pfxw.exe also not change the problem ,what i do is create new file ...import all your data including relation to new file
1. before import data to new file
2. after import data to new file

It is not hidden there. The Time scale is seen but witout bars.
I checked Format-Bars. and there are no bars in that table. Generely we see early bar. Float bar etc .
However in this case the table is empty. I tried to add bars in to it by early start and finish but invain. Nothing appers on screen. and nobody has given solution to this..

But my suspect is that you lost the bar because of lot of columns oocupied on your right screen, try to put down your cursor to the lower right end, near the vertical column and you will see the cross indicator, then drag it to the left and your bars will-re-appear.

There are two PFXW files. One with "+" on top and one with "?" mark on top. which is to be run and How to Run. Other thing i dont think i have made Q clear.
in my layout area no bars are seen. and it is not hidden. When I go to Format Bars option, normally we see all bar options like, Early bar, Late bar, Float bar... which i can make visiable. However in my case that Format bar window is completly empty. When i try to add bars in it by selecting and modifying early start and early finish it is not comming.

It sounds like your layout file is corrupt. Before putting the bars back in, I suggest that you run the program PFXW.EXE that is found in your C:\P3WIN\P3PROGS directory. Select your schedule and run all options.
To restore your bars, select Format / Bars. Click on the “Visible” selection bow for the type of bars that you would like to see.
Other ‘problems’ might be that the bars section is hidden. Look to the small black bar to the right of the horizontal scroll tab. Click and drag this little bar to the left to reveal the barchart portion.

Another way. Make a copy and assign it as a target to the current working schedule that has an error. I have tried this and the bars appeared again.

Three options to see bars in progarmmes
a) Check time scale
b) Check Page set up dates i.e adjust start and finsih

No Raja..
Non of these..
Any way i got my Bars back by doing somthing else..
- I exported Act ID, Act Dis, Duration, Resourses, Pred & Suc and all other information
- I Then I opened new Project
- Then i imported all that Data
And I got my bars Back in new Project..
However my Original Program is still without Bars..
Any way Thanks everybody who has helped me..

Posibility bars not Shown :
1. Virus in the PC...
2. Insuficient memory space
3. Row height of the activities not enough...
4. P3 have to re install again.

I do not understand your description of file names with plus marks and question marks above them. How can a file name have a plus mark above it?
Go to Windows Start button and select "Run". Enter the following into the file name box and then press the run key;
C:\P3WIN\P3PROGS\PFXW.EXE
Once it is running, click on the Help button for more information.
