Construction Project Planner / Senior Planner / Forensic Analyst

Reporting to the Planning Manager and responsible for the preparation of construction schedules, follow-up with site team for ensuring the delivery as planned, weekly look ahead schedules, forecast of resources, monitoring the progress and reporting to client (daily, weekly & monthly reports), attending weekly progress meetings, preparation of internal progress reports, Manpower & Equipment Forecasts, Cash flow statements, and MIS reports.

Responsible for conducting Internal audits as per IMS requirements for the 3rd Party LRQA audit & Certification.

- Upkeep of Master Erection and Baseline Schedules
- Multiple Recovery/Acceleration Schedule Options
- Multiple Critical Path Analysis
- Performance Monitoring
- Progress Monitoring, including S-Curves
- Forensic Claims Analysis
- Delay Event Recording
- Contract Change Control
- Correspondence Archive Monitoring
- Additional and Re-work Scheduling
- Client and Sub-contractor correspondence review

-      Developing, managing and updating of the detailed project execution schedules.

-       Assigning the resources to the schedule and preparing the cash flow for the project. 

-       Reviewing the schedules and participating in recovery action plans.
